Look outside

This picture is taken from window at my house. I like to stay home and just look at outside from window as long as time allows. Many people told me “it’s just waste of time” but it is precious time for me to back myself from hassle. I do not like living with hectic schedule but it is hard to live without it in this world, so I got healed. What makes you healed ?

Try

I am not a challenging person but like to try new things. I am kind of a follower. Last week, I followed my friend to play golf. Although it was first time to hold a golf clubs, I went to golf course with my friend. It was so much harder than I thought because I had seen lots of old people playing golf… It was just wrong idea. Walking on the grass was fun and makes me refresh at first time but toward the end I could not move without cart. My legs are painful and I felt my several ribs are cracked because I swing my gold club with my all strength so many times to avoid walking short distance. I do not get passion to play golf so far but it was very good experience to try something new. To my friend: Thank you very much to take me to play !!

Teriyaki Burger

This picture is one of my favorite food “Teriyaki Chicken Burger” from my lunch. I put teriyaki chicken between buns with little secret mayonnaise from Kewpie. You should try teriyaki chicken with mayonnaise. It’s my favorite combination. If it’s possible try with Kewpie Mayonnaise which I could not give up in USA. I am always wondering why there is no teriyaki burger in USA even teriyaki chicken in USA is much popular than Japan. MacDonald’s in Japan also have teriyaki beef burger and it taste so good. If you have chance please try teriyaki burger and let me know your opinion !!

Ramen Noodle

I will introduce “Ramen Noodle”!! It is my favorite dishes and enjoy it quite often for my lunch.

“Ramen” is one of Japanese famous noodle dishes. Japanese consume Ramen average 42 times a year. And of course, I am fan of this dish to make my self I gotta eat it once in a while.

“Ramen” is noodle in soup.

The soup broth is made from plenty of fresh and fried vegetables and with flavored likes of Salt, Miso(Soybean Taste), and Soy Sauce. You can try it in Ramen Restaurant or just buy the package from local store. Since I have experienced hard time finding my ideal ramen restaurant in SF Bay Area, I normally purchase ready-to-cook ramen combo (raw noodle plus authentic noodle soup) from Japanese grocery store and cook it in my taste. If you have never try this delicious noodle soup before, just try it. Just remember, when you eat Ramen, you supposed to slurp up the noodles !! That’s the correct way to eat Ramen.
